This family-friendly, rustic beach house was designed around the position of the setting sun and weather co-operating, most evenings guests are not disappointed. The shallow water of Napeague Harbor is a mere 50' from the house - enjoy breakfast on the patio while cormorants and egrets cruise the harbor. Windsurfers, kite-surfers are active when the wind is up; kayakers and SUPers love the calmness of the bay. A beautiful spot where you can forget the world.

We sat on the patio watching birds and water, sunsets and kite surfers in distance. We grilled, we read, we swam in the bay, walked over to the ocean, went to Balsam’s farmstand and bought gorgeous vegetables, slept deep sleeps. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. All in all, the perfect way to get away and recharge!

Awesome experience

Great location, lots of to do on your private lake front, every amenity you could want or need at your disposal. Epic sunsets. Owner is super responsive.
