The Carriage House is a cute and comfortable home-away-from-home that is convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and Wilmington’s events facilities. First-floor apartment has a full kitchen with microwave, range, full-size refrigerator, and the necessities for cooking. There is a comfortable queen-size bed in one bedroom and a full-size bed in the other bedroom. Each bedroom has a smart T and DVD player.
The apartment has high-speed, fiber-optic WiFi.

Super Clean & Convenient to WEC Property

This is a great place to stay if you’re in the area for a horse show. Very clean and quiet and in a cute little spot down. Well-stocked with everything you need for an extended stay and very roomy. Everything is updated and fresh feeling.

The location was perfect! There is some street noise but it was moderate. The home was clean and orderly. Check in and out was seamless. This is a perfect little spot 13mins from the Roberts Center.

We're a retired military family. We have lived across the United States and have enjoyed hosting others wherever we've lived.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is centrally located between downtown and shopping & restaurants, within walking distance of Wilmington College (home of the Quakers) and less than a 10-minute drive to local hospitals and the World Equestrian Center.

What makes this property unique

The apartment was one of the first short-term rentals in the area, and we have many repeat customers. Guests are able to park right next to the covered porch, and there are no steps to get into the property.
The Carriage House is centrally located about an hour from three large cities: Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus.
