From the moment you arrive, you’ll appreciate the private covered porch entrance with outdoor seating — a quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee before heading to the show or to unwind in the evening.
Inside, the studio feels bright, clean, and refreshed with recent upgrades that add both comfort and functionality. The inviting queen bed is complemented by two nightstands for convenience and a dresser that provides additional storage — especially helpful for extended stays.
Whether you’re visiting for WEC, work, or simply a quiet getaway, the dining table doubles as a dedicated workspace and includes USB ports to keep your devices charged. Reliable high-speed WiFi and a 50” Samsung LED 4K Smart TV make it easy to stream your favorite shows or stay connected throughout your stay.
The kitchenette is well-equipped for light meal preparation and longer visits, featuring granite countertops, a 16 cubic ft refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, large sink, dishes, and silverware — everything you need to feel at home without dining out for every meal.
The private bathroom includes a corner shower along with thoughtful upgrades such as an LED lighted mirror and a ventilation fan with built-in Bluetooth speaker, dimmable lighting, and two nightlight modes — small details that enhance comfort and convenience.
Located just 2.8 miles from the World Equestrian Center (approximately a 5-minute drive), early mornings and late evenings are simple and stress-free.

To maintain a peaceful environment and our high standards of cleanliness, this studio is ideal for one or two guests, and we do not accommodate pets.
What truly sets us apart is our hands-on ownership and management. We personally own, manage, and clean all eight of our short-term rentals to ensure consistent quality and care. In addition to this studio, our properties include The Farmhouse, The Beach House, The Rustic Equestrian, Modern Escape, The Tuscan, The Loft, and The Tranquil Country Elegance, along with ten long-term rentals occupied by wonderful tenants in the cul-de-sac.
We live just five minutes away and are available should you need anything during your stay, while always respecting your privacy.

We are a husband-and-wife team managing 8 short-term and 10 long-term rental properties. Heath is a licensed Realtor and Trish a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, and we’ve put those careers on hold to focus full-time on providing exceptional stays. We personally handle maintenance, cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, and guest support. Living minutes from each property allows us to stay responsive and hands-on. Our goal is simple: create high-quality stays that keep guests coming back!

We chose this neighborhood because of its peaceful, safe setting, convenient location to the World Equestrian Center, and the opportunity to personally manage and maintain the entire cul-de-sac. Being just minutes from WEC while still offering a quiet, well-kept environment allows our guests to enjoy both convenience and comfort. Since we own and manage the surrounding properties, we are able to maintain consistent standards, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the area.
