Offering 1BR (Full-size) and Queen bed in the living room area as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and utensils are included. The living room is equipped with a 50 inch smart TV and blue ray player. Bedroom has a 40 inch smart tv included. Unit has both Mini Split A/C and window units for extra comfort. This unit is located on the second floor and requires stairs to access. Rental price is furnished or unfurnished.

This unit is located on the second floor of the house and requires tenants to walk up staircase.

There is a $250 Utility charge monthly for Stays over 30 plus Days. Small pets under 25lbs are welcome with a $500 Non-Refundable pet deposit.
