Enjoy this renovated Keuka Lake home, featuring 4 private acres and over 70 feet of exclusive lake frontage. The main floor offers a modern kitchen with granite counters, full bath, and washer/dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms and another full bath. Outside, there's ample yard space, quiet woods, and a screened porch with lake views—perfect for morning coffee. A short walk leads to your private dock across the street. Enjoy evenings by the outdoor fire pit with stunning sunset lake views. This house provides both woodland privacy and lakeside family fun.
As shown by the pictures the home is located on a large hill. The driveway is very STEEP when you first enter from the main road. We have never had any problems with vehicles being able to climb the paved driveway. We only make note of this because guests have shared that it can be a bit intimidating the first time entering the property.

Myself and my family are from Rochester, NY. We enjoy getting away for quiet trips to the lake in the summer and enjoy skiing in the winter. We enjoy sharing our property with guests who have a love and appreciation for the same lake that we enjoy.
Why they chose this property
We have always loved the finger lakes region and often vacation at Keuka. Our favorite Finger Lake. We love this area and this property. It has always been a dream of ours to have a property here and we were lucky enough to find this gem in the summer of 2025.
What makes this property unique
The property has privacy while also having the lake frontage. It is the best of both worlds.
