Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
At the very beginning when I made a reservation for 3 nights, the host and I communicated and agreed on some changes. But he forgot to accept my reservation so that it went expired. I had to make a new reservation just when I was ready to leave. It was very stressful. The check-in time was 4:00 and I called the host’s property manager around 6:30 and left him a voicemail but never heard back from him. So that at 7:30, I communicated with the host to let him know what was going on and when my ETA was and asked him to give me a call as I would be driving. He never called. I arrived at 10:10 to find out my room was full of cigarette smell and my bedding had cigarette holes and it was very nasty. Because of the smell of the cigarette making my head hurt, I only stayed in the room for 2 minutes. I had another person staying in another room come as a witness.
