Charming & big 1-room apartment in Berlin
We’re subletting our cozy and fully furnished apartment in Berlin this summer — available from the 14th - 19th of August. This little paradise is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful yet central place to stay in the city.
Location:
The apartment is located near Bülowstraße, just a 3-minute walk from the U2 and U1, and about 10 minutes from the S1 and S2 lines (Yorckstraße). Grocery stores are right around the corner, and Gleisdreieck Park is just a little jump away (i highly recommend the Yoga classes there :). The charming Akazienstraße with its cafés and boutiques are also just a short walk away.

It’s a bright and spacious studio apartment with:
● A west-facing balcony
● Separate kitchen
● Bathroom with a bathtub
● Recently renovated interior
The space is quiet and calm — a little oasis in the heart of Berlin. It comes fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and even a real piano if you enjoy playing.
