Our quiet and sunny 1 room apartment is located in the heart of Berlin - Schöneberg, directly on Nollendorfplatz. The apartment has a spacious living - bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with daylight and was renovated in 2015. The apartment has a comfortable double bed. Fully equipped kitchen for 2 people. TV with many cable programs, WiFi, stereo, storage space for luggage and clothes. The apartment is centrally located with close proximity to the Kudamm, Berlin's famous shopping street and promenade, many restaurants and cafes await you in the immediate vicinity. Central city location with direct and quick access to all Berlin destinations in the west and east. A lockable parking space can be used free of charge. A nice apartment for a nice vacation. You live in a perfect location between City West and City East. Ideally located in the interesting neighborhood between Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz. Numerous shopping opportunities, but also lively culture, neighborhood and nightlife are right on the doorstep. The most beautiful Berlin weekly market on Winterfeldtmarkt is in the immediate vicinity. Tie Wohnung war supper bis ein paar Sachen die Mann änder kann was alles top. Matratzen sollten mal erneuert werden und das Geschirr sollte auch mal kontrolliert werden. Ist nicht alles vorrätig aber sonnst alles Klasse wir kommen wieder

Nice, well located apartment

Dirk's apartment was surprisingly large, well provisioned and very well located to anywhere we needed to go to in Berlin. I was in town for the Marathon and could easily jog to the starting area and walk home. A very efficient Laundry is located almost directly across the street. A large REWE is an easy walk away.

Relativamente bien situado. Acceso rápido al transporte público y con mucha vida en la zona (supermercados, restaurantes, lavandería,...). Eché de menos un tendedero pequeño, un microondas y un cazo pequeño (hervidor). Recomendable para una pareja.

Als je Berlijn wilt ontdekken is dit een perfecte locatie. Dichtbij metrostations Nollendorfplatz en Bulowstrasse. (flinke) Wandelafstand Potsdamerplatz. In de directe omgeving veel eetgelegenheden, supermarkten etc. Op zaterdag een grote markt.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zum Potsdamer Platz gehts mit Bus und U-Bahn innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung bietet alles für eine kurzen oder längeren Trip in die Bundeshauptstadt. Einzig passende Deckel für die Töpfe und etwas mehr Besteck als von jedem 2 wären nett :-) Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Nächtlicher Straßenlärm stört, Fenster bieten keinen Schallschutz. Apartment müsste mal etwas aufgehübscht werden. Kopfkissen sind durch, Kühlschrankgriff kaputt, Besteck, Geschirr sehr spartanisch, Sofa siffig. Rückmeldung wegen Check-in zu spät. Lage, Parkplatz, ÖPNV sehr gut, Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Kurzurlaub in Berlin

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Berlin. Die ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und für zwei Personen gut geeignet. In der Straße und Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Öffentlicher Verkehr in der Nähe. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz im Innenhof ist hervorzuheben, da sonst keine freien Parkplätze zu finden sind. Alles in einem war es eine gute Entscheidung gewesen, die Wohnung gebucht zu haben.
