Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave bedding on beds. Put used towels in the laundry room.
Food waste - *No raw meat or plastic bags! Rinse off all recycle items - Blue lid Trash - sorted. No recycle! Green lid Used Coffee pods. I will discard coffee grinds in my garden.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time on the Property is between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am
Cause of Eviction: Parties, disturbing neighbors, pet provision or smoking and occupancy limits. No refund of Money!

Why they chose this property

This home was built in 1851 and was an original boarding house in Grass Valley. Over the years it evolved to a bordello and then into a multi-unit home. My husband and I purchased the property because it was a great opportunity for us to own a piece of Grass Valley history. We wanted to restore the home so that we could have an amazing place for people to stay when visiting the area.

Everything in our home is brand new and tastefully decorated, so you will feel comfortable and right at home.
