The home was built in 1870. Due to the age and unique layout, the house is not fully accessible. With stairs, narrow doorways, uneven floors in certain areas. If you are walking from the parking area and enter through the first gray door. A person with disabilities or difficulties may be able to access a bedroom and most amenities on the first floor. Please feel free to ask any questions. Traveling with small children? Please exercise caution or consider other options to minimize potential fall risks. Please do not allow children to play with mini split remotes. They are sensitive and would not want your AC or Heat turned off by accident.

About the host
Hosted by Nina

I'm originally from Long Island, NY and relocated to Los Angeles after I graduated from Brown University. Recently relocated to the DMV from Los Angeles to marry my childhood sweetheart.
Spent my career as an actress and stand-up comedian. Decided to take a slight break to focus on expanding our family.
I started hosting over 10 years ago in Los Angeles. What I love about hosting is providing an experience that enhances a persons stay,
I don't give my guests chores or a long To-do list. The entire point is to get a break from your everyday mundane activities.

Why they chose this property
Because of its historical relevance. The proximity to Carroll Creek, Market Street, and so many activities and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
It is a rare 4 bedroom with a first floor en-suite. All of the furnishings are sourced from West Elm, Wool rugs from Pottery Barn, and other luxury retailers. We chose quality over quantity. We provide a stocked refrigerator all for our guests to enjoy. The custom bunk beds can hold over 600lbs with stairs for ease of use.
