This beautifully decorated and comfortable home is situated in the neighbourhood of Parel Vallei, Somerset West, and will make your holiday one to remember. It is spacious with a beautiful garden and pool to relax with a glass of wine after a day of exploring our beautiful Winelands.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (toilet, basin, shower and bath).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and crockery you will need. It also boasts beautiful granite tops.
There are 2 living areas and 2 dining areas. One formal and one more informal. The informal living area is open plan with a barbeque and it has sliding doors leading to the pool and garden. The formal living- and dining area will serve well if you seek a quiet space to read a book or even write a book. This space has windows all round overlooking the front garden.
There are enough safe parking for 3 vehicles behind a gate.
