Hangin' at Holden: Ocean View, Pet-Friendly, 3BR/3BA Beach Home Steps from Sand
Welcome to "Hangin' at Holden"!
Bright, stylish, modern coastal escape - conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and bridge access to the mainland! This 3BR/3BA beach home is just steps from the sand! Enjoy unobstructed ocean views and breezes from 4 covered porches, a spacious open-concept living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Includes washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, and parking for 3 vehicles! This home offers a perfect layout for friend groups, families, and couples.
A couple of things that make this coastal retreat special: beautiful ocean views from two covered front decks, easy beach access is only 4 houses away, and relaxing covered decks on the back (great for taking in sunset views). Our home was also remodeled and refreshed in 2024, including a major kitchen renovation, upgrades to all bathrooms, plus all new luxury LVP on the 2nd floor. Lastly, we provide plenty of books, board games and puzzles.
The primary suite features a king bed, en suite bath, and access to a covered ocean view balcony. A second bedroom offers an en suite bathroom, queen bed, and access to a covered balcony with a table and chairs and sofa seating. The third bedroom features an en suite bath, queen bed and a twin over queen bunk bed, as well as a covered balcony with seating.
Outside you will enjoy a nice-sized yard with ocean breezes, corn hole boards, charcoal grill and fully enclosed outside shower. We also provide a beach cart and a few beach toys.
The entire home is yours to enjoy, aside from the owner's closets and outdoor storage closet which remain locked.
Also, this is a duplex but the unit is entirely separate with no shared spaces. We are side "A" with our own driveway, backyard and private entrances.
While new to VRBO, our home was previously managed by a local rental agency and we are proud to have received several 5 star reviews! We included these reviews in our photos.

Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take the trash can to the road Fri. nights (for early Sat. am pickup) and Mon. nights (for early Tues. am pickup) between May and October. From Nov. to April, trash service is only on Tuesday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
