SPACIOUS ONE BEDROOM RIVERFRONT APARTMENT

Nicely furnished riverfront apartment has new, updated furniture with attention for comfort in mind. We are an extended stay property located right on the Colorado River. This apartment has a premier location with a huge 1300 SF deck right off the master bedroom and kitchen/dining room. The views are relaxing and offer spectacular sunsets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a twin sleeper. The living room has both a queen and twin sleeper so the unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. All sofa sleepers have upgraded memory foam mattresses for added comfort. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has beautiful views up and down the river. The dining room has seating for 6. There are washers and dryers inside the apartment for guest convenience. We have outdoor furniture off the master bedroom and dining room for enjoying your morning coffee or dining outside.

We provide weekly housekeeping service for our guests added comfort. All utilities, cable and wi-fi are included.
