This freshly-renovated one bedroom condo is part of a design award-winning building located in Central Halifax, just minutes from Citadel Hill and Halifax Commons, and a short walk to downtown.

It features a private entrance from street level, up two steps and then is all one level inside. Design features include vaulted ceilings, window seat, and hardwood floors in the open-plan living area. It has a modern, urban feel, yet features all the comforts of home.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has a comfy three-seater sofa, large TV with cable and a bar-style dining set with seating for two. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, 4 burner stove/oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

The bedroom also has vaulted ceilings and has a queen-sized bed with memory foam, bedside tables with lamps, computer desk with chair, and large closet. The bathroom has a shower over bathtub.

Everything in the apartment was exactly as documented. Great location. One block from a Pub, Bakery, Laundry, Convenience Store. A ten minute walk to Sochi Square and lots of stores. Plenty of Restaurants to choose from. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great value in central Halifax

A cozy one bedroom apartment comfortable for one to two people, with all the basics provided. A 10-15 minute downhill walk to the waterfront, 10 minutes to the top of the Citadel, and close to several good places to eat. Suzan was a tremendous host, generous and responsive. Would definitely use again if I'm back in Halifax. Thanks for a great stay!

Comfortable One Bedroom

This suite is close to many sites and restaurants and is very walkable. It is a quiet neighbourhood, but parking is a problem, but this is partly because central Halifax is busy and the whole area is short on parking spots.Though it is a small, it is comfortable and has the necessary items and furniture. It has a good kitchen. Suzan met us upon our arrival and helped to get us oriented. Accommodation in central Halifax is expensive.

Perfect location in downtown Halifax

This is a perfect location for exploring Halifax. The apartment is well appointed and has most everything you need. The parking, however, can be a real trial. Various rules on various streets make it very confusing and ALL the streets are packed with cars making it difficult to find parking. We ending up parking in the pool parking lot about a block away. The cost was $8 per day and $2 per night. It was patrolled which eased our minds about safety. We, unfortunately, visited during a heat wave. The owner is getting a portable AC unit which would have made our stay more comfortable.
