Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This condo is an end unit providing you with more privacy and windows for enjoying the incredible oceanfront views! This beautifully renovated condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating for a group of 6 with a sofa, a love seat that reclines and a recliner. The island themed décor will make you feel like you have escaped to a south pacific island while still enjoying the comforts of home. Spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach can be seen from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the LCD Cable TV with HBO! There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided. You will love this well-appointed home with its comfortable furnishings and modern touches.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully renovated kitchen with beautiful granite countertops you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! The kitchen has just been updated with all new stainless steel appliances. There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and seating for 4 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.


There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. This King bed has a brand new memory foam mattress to ensure a perfect night's sleep! The guest bedroom features two full beds and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! Beach view balcony is everything!

We loved the ocean view and the family-quiet atmosphere! Bring your own beach towels, salt and pepper, and shampoo items. After-hours check-in was explained well for us.

Great family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the ocean was amazing. The balcony was large and had plenty of seating. Beach access was great. The property was in a great location in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The living room was just as comfortable as my house when relaxing late at night.

Best SPI Stay Ever

My wife and I visit SPI once or twice each year and have stayed at several different condos. This condo was by far the best one we have stayed in. The condo was very nicely appointed with modern appliances and furnishings. We have zero complaints but tons of praise because we truly enjoyed our stay. The views are always spectacular on the island. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing as well as the beach. Sea Breeze 1 has designated parking which is a major plus. We do plan to book again in the near future.

Amazing ocean view

We went to SPI and stayed at this property for 3 days, mid July. We enjoyed the condo amenities, the sea view from the balcony, pool Only issue was that the superhot elevator, being outside the building.

Just right for family of four

Exactly what you need for a comfortable family beach getaway. Great view, right on the beach, nice pool and hot tub. Quiet and calm. Wi-fi is good for when you're taking time out of the sun. Kitchen works well for simple meals. Beds are very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay - condo was clean and all the amenities you need. No need to bring extra cooking accessories. What we loved it was quite and no children running around. We felt safe and healthy. (eventhough my sister-in-law did a wipe down with wipes and lysol) there was no need all clean. will be back!

Best Beach Stay

OMG! We loved the location of this condo. Beach access was the best part of our stay. Being close to the beach allowed us to hear the waves, enjoy the moon, while we sat on our balcony. The room was clean, lots of space, for all 6 of us. It helps that you have your own assigned parking spot, so late night outings made it easy to come back and still have a spot. We will most definitely return!! No issue with our host, who was quick to respond with our concerns. Front office was also very helpful. ❤️❤️ Our time at the pool was relaxing.

Wonderful condo and property

We loved this condo! Great square footage - it felt very roomy. I loved the decor and the thought that was put into coordinating throughout the unit. The views were amazing and the access to the beach and pool were great. Loved relaxing on the balcony in the morning and late afternoon. They had just replaced the tile in the hallways and on the stairs and it was beautiful. I also liked that it was a quiet property yet the kids that were there were allowed to be kids while swimming in the pool. I was worried that our son would bother the other owners or guests and that did not seem to be the case.The only thing I wished the property had, which I heard they may be adding, is a bathroom near the pool. Every time you had to use the bathroom you had to go up to your unit. This is a challenge in South Padre in general. I walked up and down the beach and didn't see any public bathrooms. It made me wonder what people who aren't staying right on the beach do...

Vacation with Rules

The condo itself was great! Exactly what I was looking for. However, the property was way overpriced for the set of Rules in place!!! You can only have 6 people in this complex, you have to be quiet, permanent residents just stare at you and you cannot have guests if your family contains 6 people. You will be chased and questioned by security and property workers constantly. You must have bands at all times and your permit must be visible or you will get towed. Everything is documented. I have never experienced a vacation that has so much red tape especially not for the price I paid to stay here. If you are looking for a good time and to invite friends and family to enjoy the beach for the day go elsewhere.

Just ok

I would have given this stay a higher rating if it weren’t for some issues. First the pluses: location and view of the ocean was perfect! Short walk to beach. Beds were very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen although, could use more pans. Issues: access to WiFi was horrible! The only place you could access the WiFi was in the living room/dining area. The light switches had dirt on them, otherwise clean. Two major issues- we stayed on the 4th. Floor And 2 of the 4 days that we stayed, the elevator was not working in the evenings. This was a big issue for my mother who is in her mid-seventies, trying to walk up or down 4 flights of steps! Lastly, the fire alarm went off for the entire building at 3am one of the nights. Firefighters came out and stated that the sensor was coming from the management office which they couldn’t get in. We had a good time except for the issues.

Everything was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own cooking spices. Nothing there besides the very basic. Salt and pepper. Over all...it was wonderful and loved it.
