However, we fully comply with the ADA and welcome trained service animals required because of a disability.
Guests bringing a service animal must notify us in advance and confirm that:

Any misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal is considered fraud under U.S. law and will result in cancellation without refund and report to VRBO.
PARKING: free street parking available
Front yard: The front yard is shared in that the tenants in the main house will use it to access the main house from the garage. The tenants won't use the amenities in the front yard.
Security camera: There is one security camera in the alley leading to the front door of Lunas guesthouse. Other cameras, such as the one in the yard and the ring camera on the door have been deactivated.
EV charger: Please note, we DO NOT have EV charging capability on the property. Please plan charging your EV accordingly.
Guests have access to the front yard. Guests do not have access to the garage, which is used to store supplies and is occupied by the tenants in the main house.
