Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Replace the Club Access card to hanger beside front door. You will be charged $200.00 if not replaced or lost. Replace one key in lockbox.
Trash dumpster is located down the drive behind the gated fence - please place trash here.

The house was excellent. The layout allowed us to all have a great time. The cleanliness was outstanding (I vacuum 2-3 times a day in my own home to give you an idea of my standards). The communication was proactive so we didn’t need to reach out for anything. I did send a thank you message after our stay and got a prompt response. Location was great, everything was accurate to description. Family friendly, cozy, easy by every standard and clean. We already can’t wait to book again.
