The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Before checking out, send a quick text to the host to let us know you've departed. Leave the keys and clicker on the kitchen table, lock all doors except the front door, and close the pedestrian gate.

Please hang all wet towels and linens to dry. Kindly avoid leaving them damp on the floor.

A $150 cleaning fee will be added to your stay if the grill is not cleaned prior to your departure from the villa.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please rinse off any sand or salt at the outdoor shower before entering the Villa and removing sandy footwear at the door to keep the floors clean.

Report any damage or safety issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

To maintain the villa’s high standards, be sure to clean the grill after each use. $150 cleaning fee will be assessed if the grill is left uncleaned.

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous part of St. Croix. Every amenity was taken care of. This is a great house for a family or retreat gathering directly on the water. It was pure peace.

What an incredible week we had at 4 Williams! This home is absolutely stunning, right on the beach. Walked every day looking for sea glass, snorkeled out front, and were lucky to spot two turtles whose habitat was almost directly in front of the house.We walked to Rhythms down the beach daily for exceptional specialty drinks and homemade French fries. Never felt the need to leave the house, but loved exploring St. Croix on cruise ship days to explore the local markets.Thanks for being such a wonderful hostess, Jill. We can't wait to return!
