Rosemary, I am sorry about the pump, it is something we can't change. I have provided sound machines to mask the noise at night.
As I mentioned to you, the 5% charge is a charge from VRBO that I don't have any control over. you should have checked the price before paying.

The 4th street flat was a great option for our weekend in Moscow. The layout of the flat gives plenty of privacy for a studio. Plenty of seating for a small space. Kitchen had all the basics for a seamless takeout set up. Coffee grinder and provided coffee were a very nice touch. Thank you!
