Property was great! Fans in each room, everything you’d need for cooking was available in the kitchen, and the place was very clean. Trying to dropoff luggage & find the parking was a little difficult but this is probably a skill issue on my half haha. Also the neighborhood seems nice; there were young people walking around pretty often.

This was in a great location near the T. Would recommend for travelers who mostly plan to be out and are just looking for a place to sleep. Bathrooms were well supplied. Kitchen was minimally stocked, enough pans and dishes for the basics. There is someone living directly below so guests need to be quiet in this apartment. Parking in the nearest pay lot was 15/day. Host was very communicative and check-in was easy.

The location to the T was great, parking was okay but we could not carry all our suitcases up the narrow and tall stairs, so we had to leave some in the car. We were told where to park and not park. We were told not to be loud after 9:00pm but I don't think anyone else was home in the building until the last night, and they had a party. But all in all it was nice to have 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Based on my inability to easily climb the stairs, I would not rent again. I recommend the owner provide a small amount of regular coffee for that nightly rate. But we walked to the nearby convenience store and bought some. The neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed a local pub for dinner one night.
