Beautiful location, beautiful pool, but outdoor furniture on the patio was completely torn up. There was gross stuff on the bathroom wall. Could not figure out how to connect to Wi-Fi went to HOA office. They had no clue but they were very nice. Frontroom furniture was very dirty. We did not even sit in there. Needs a little TLC.

The location was awesome, heated pool and a short walk to beach. They did provide towels just not beach towels.

Kara was not helpful. She sent as little as possible for answers and got nasty with me about check in and then gave us wrong code. Outside furniture is in appalling shape riped , everyone one of them. Other than Kara herself, we had a good time in condo after getting over shape of outdoor furniture.

We had the best time I think our families ever had at PCB! The condo was perfect for or family! Easy access to the beach! the balcony was huge! I had two swimming pools! We were able to check in early like really early which was great! The housekeeper was very thorough! We did have to buy a pizza pan but we left it in the condo for the next family! I only suggestion would be to bring a good egg pan for breakfast! We will definitely be booking another stay with Kara! And there are four wristbands for the pool in the condo!
