Host took days to respond to messages i get told the day of arrival pool heat doesn't work then would send someone next day still no pool heat then get told it couldn't be fixed my kids could not use pool due to how cold it was main reason for renting property was for the private pool and almost a week later still have no received my refund for the pool heat
