The location was great for the wedding we attending in Livermore, quiet street and easy parking in the driveway. The three bedrooms were as advertised with one master suite, one smaller bedroom and one with twin bunk beds. The open space in the living room and kitchen were nice too.Downsides were that I didn’t receive check-in instructions until I messaged at the airport on the way, and when we arrived there were cigarette butts and a dirty Solo cup in the unkempt backyard. There was also broken glass in the garage that I had to sweep to get to the dryer that was alarming and full of wet towels. I would also plan to bring your own utensils as we could only find two spoons total, and the rest of the dishware was piecemeal.

We were surprised to see this 1-star review, especially as it was left over four months after your stay and without any feedback or explanation. It is disrespectful. During your time at our Livermore home, no concerns or issues were brought to our attention. We always encourage open communication so we can address anything immediately and ensure our guests have the best possible experience. Leaving a rating months later, without any details, does not give us the opportunity to understand or improve, and we do find that approach unfair and disrespectful to the level of care we put into hosting. Because there was no communication during or after your stay, we are led to believe there may be some confusion regarding the property. We take great pride in maintaining a high standard for all of our guests, and our reviews consistently reflect that. If there is any specific feedback you would like to share, we are always open to hearing it. Wishing you the best.
