Escape to our newly remodeled ranch house on a private 100-acre land. Enjoy the beautiful nature, wildlife, and scenery our home has to offer. Our home is designed for those who are seeking a luxurious retreat in nature.Take amazing pictures of astonishing panoramic views of the Livermore Valley and hills. Great for getting ready for the special wedding, family get together, and corporate retreats.

The space

Many superb hiking trails surrounding the property i.e The Morgan Territory Regional Preserve, Mount Diablo, and Los Vaqueros Reservoir. You may
explore the property as well at your own risk as there may be unpaved paths, gofer holes, and grazing cattle.
Our home has been beautifully renovated, and we are currently working on upkeep projects. We do our best to schedule around our guest stay.

Guest access

Access to entire house and property, with an exception to the mobile home and the tiny house situated on the property. Horse stalls and riding arena available for use with advance notice. Please contact us with any inquiries

Interaction with guests

We will be available for help 24/7 by phone, text, or email. Ranch hand & landscaper may be on property occasionally to landscape and feed chickens. They will be doing their best to work around your stay for your comfort & privacy.

Other things to note:

Due to the semi-remote location of our home, cellular reception may be weak or unavailable. However, we do have a T-mobile booster if you happen to have a T-mobile plan. Or you can use the WiFi calling feature on your cellphone.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn Air conditioning /heater off
If the BBQ was used, please make sure you clean it. Place trash in the bins by the driveway. I love having return guests and referrals, so please bookmark this home in your wish list.
Checkout time is 11 am sharp.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Absolutely no parties. Breaking any of the rules will be a reason for eviction without refund.
No late night/early morning loud noise is allowed. All trash must be bagged, sealed and placed inside the proper receptacles on the property.
Please leave the last load of dishes in the dishwasher. If excessive cleaning needs to be done, the additional cost will be deducted from deposit.

Great Space for Families

The house had a great layout for multiple people to hang out doing different activities. The kitchen had everything we needed. It would be great if a wheelchair accessible entrance could be added and if the middle bedroom mattress was replaced.

Perfect Staycation

This property was amazing for our staycation Moms weekend. Hot tub, comfy beds… close enough to town to get whatever we needed but far enough away to feel like we were isolated and “away” from it all. Our only issue was difficulty with the keypad on the door (we couldn’t get in!) & not being able to get in touch with the owner. Luckily we found the person who lives on site and he was able to help us! Other than that, we loved this place and look forward to coming back again.

Super nice place

We booked this ranch house for a two days getaway, when we arrived, the owner couple were taking care of the plants, we had a very pleasant chat. When we open the door, the inside of the house is very clean, welcoming, spacious, and everything we could need, even though, the outlooking of the house is just plain. We watched sunset and sunrise, enjoyed the yard and our barbecue, next time, we gonna bring hoodie with us, it’s so windy up on the hill!

Fantastic girls trip

The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of plush towels, lots of space to spread out. The outside doesn't look like much, but don't be fooled, this house is beautiful! This house was centrally located for our group of friends. Close to town if you need anything, but we didn't. We didn't leave the property the entire weekend except to go on walks up the hill...gorgeous views! The only reason for not giving the property all 5 stars is due to the fact that our check in code didn't work when we arrived. We had to call and wait for a new code. This did NOT hinder our weekend at all. We will be back!!!

My family of 6 adults stayed at Suzanne and Hamzeh's incredible Livermore home for 6 nights over Christmas. Their home was beautifully appointed with every amenity one would need. Each bed was made with fine linens, and both bathrooms had plenty of plush white towels. The kitchen had all the conveniences we needed to make our favorite holiday dishes. What is truly outstanding is the setting. The location of their home is breathtaking. From the windows, you could see grazing cattle and roaming deer. The house was so warm and welcoming, we didn't want to leave! Working with Suzanne and Hamzeh was easy. They are quick to respond and were very accommodating. Thank you both for being such outstanding hosts and for sharing your beautiful home with my family.

Walked in to find out we were double booked!!!

We started our bachelorette weekend by walking into the house only to find two strangers sitting on the couch saying it was their place for the weekend. I reached out to the host right away, the next minute I got an email saying my reservation was cancelled. He didn't even have the decency to call me back to explain. It was five of us that flew in from out of town, only to be homeless and our plans were completely ruined. It was too late to find another home in Livermore so our Wine Country Bachelorette had to be transferred to the city. What a nightmare! The owners had rented out the home on two separate platforms to cause this mess. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Beautiful retreat

We rented this property for our Christmas celebration. It’s a lovely, modern home nestled in the hills of Livermore. The drive to the property was spectacular and we loved the fact that it felt so remote but was still so close to everything. The furnishings and amenities are top notch and the kitchen is large and well-stocked. The goody basket was a nice touch.

The property feels tucked away, but it's less than 10 minutes to town. This was a perfect spot for my bridesmaids to stay for a local wedding. The house easily slept all parties in a bed and provided a great location for get ready pictures. We enjoyed our stay!
