We invite you to come stay in this exclusive 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Condo on Clearwater Beach to experience coastal living at its best.

Spacious open floor plan is great for family interaction.

Living room has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico with access to the balcony.

Walk out onto the large balcony to embrace the warm salty breeze and panoramic view of the beach.

The large kitchen has all the conveniences of home, great for entertaining too.

This condo can sleep 6 comfortably and would be the perfect place to spend your vacation with the beach as your backyard.

This condo has only '1' assigned parking space

HOUSE RULES and Special requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'
14 Days advance booking normally required for requirements approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $200.00. Mandalay Beach Club HOA Lease application is done online and is extensive.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
Pets Welcome $200 Pet Fee for Approved Pets
No Parties.

Great location and beautiful Beach club

It was the perfect location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and right on the beach. Really close to the bike trail as well. The beach club itself was very nice. The people there are really friendly and it's an inviting atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it.
