House Rules:
*Must be 25 years or older to book or have good reviews from previous stays.

*No parties or large gatherings. $2500 fee for any unauthorized parties.

*Unapproved late check outs - $50 fee for each 30 min past checkout

*No pets allowed. $300 fee or cancelation of stay for any unauthorized pets.

*Guests are limited to the number registered. Any unregistered guest will be charged at the rate of $25 per night per person. For unauthorized guests over the limit of 4, an over the limit fee of $300 will be charged.

*Please limit visitors to 2-3 at a time.

**Parking Passes & Gym Keys: Must be returned to the condo before checkout. Failure to return them will result in replacement fees of $2500 per parking pass and $150 per key. Additional charges may include, but are not limited to, the cost of any affected future reservations if the pass or key is not available for incoming guests. Tampering with, keeping, or re-using passes after your stay may also be considered theft and subject to further action.

*Only 2 guests are permitted at the pool at a time. Pool hours are 9am - 10pm. (No smoking, glass, rough play or running.)

*Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am,.

*Please do not move furniture around.

*No tampering with security cameras or wifi, cancelation of stay without refund may occur.

*No smoking, vaping, or hookahs. No smoking near doorways, open windows or on the patio.

*No illegal drug use.
