Take advantage of our February sale! Off I40, we offer a modern, beautiful and clean townhouse in the Bellevue area. We are convenient to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, Ford Ice Center, One Bellevue Place, Warner Parks, Natchez Trace, Loveless Cafe, Checkwood Estate and Gardens, and Belle Meade Winery. The location is about 15 minutes from Vanderbilt and 25 minutes from downtown Nashville,depending on traffic.

Perfect townhouse for vacation & family visiting in convenient West Nashville, away from the hustle of Broadway (Bellevue is near West Meade & Belle Meade). 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 upstairs bedrooms, each bedroom having its own private bathroom.

The space

This 1,700 sq ft townhouse has everything you need- three huge bedrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI, and smart TVs. (There is no basic cable provided. You are welcome to sign into your subscriptions. Please make sure that you sign out upon leaving.)

Each bedroom has a private bathroom: one on the main level and two upstairs, plus a futon perfect for a smaller person. Plus a half bath on the first floor.

Keyless entry, we send you the code before you check in! Exterior camera at the front entrance post.

We live roughly 3 minutes from this home and are readily available for anything you might need but also value your privacy!

There is a strict no smoking and no party policy for this home. The neighbors have adjoined walls so please be respectful of the volume.
We have 1 free parking spot in front, please avoid the 2 spots on the far right, facing the street. Please park other vehicles in the free back area.
Outside patio cutoff time is 10:00 pm, at which time quiet hours begin. Please respect the neighbors!

This was a very nice place to stay! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed! It was in a great location and only 20-25 min from downtown Nashville and easy to get to lots of different places we visited in Nashville! Had a grocery store close and quite a few restaurants! We would definitely recommend it to other people to stay!
