What makes this property unique
This property offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility—just minutes from Fairbanks International Airport and downtown Fairbanks. Nestled beside an active airstrip and float pond, you can watch bush planes fly overhead while soaking in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Set in a peaceful part of town, the home is surrounded by beautiful trees yet enjoys plenty of natural light and wide-open sky views, making it a great spot for northern lights viewing.
