Only 5 miles from old town Circleville and all it has to offer. 3 miles from Ohio Christian University. and a beautiful 45-minute drive to Hocking hills and its beautiful caves and waterfalls with hiking trails. nice deck with grill and small hot tub. Country sitting back off the road with all the peace and quiet. Owner lives on site for any needs that may arise. A.W. Marion State Park is in walking distance.
