This place was beyond incredible! The host Hasmik was super responsive! And I had tons of questions before we booked, and a few requests during our stay. The location is comfortable, private and secure. This home was the location for our 1st Admin Retreat. 6 of us stayed here, so there was enough bedrooms and bathrooms that each of us could feel comfortable, especially since this was the 1st time we had all met in person! The round island in the kitchen was our perfect gathering place for our meals. Then we used almost every location in the back yard (tons of tables for gathering!), for our team building activities! We enjoyed the pool and hottub as well! Will definitely be returning here, hopefully on a girls trip this year, or our next admin retreat! Thank you for making this trip perfect!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here for my birthday. We had over 12 guests over the course of the weekend and always felt comfortable and the house feels new and clean. The communication was everything you want. Management was always happy to text message or call back about anything. Really appreciate that when you're hosting a bunch of friends and want things to go smoothly.The backyard is by far the best part of this home -- very large, ample space to host a BBQ (grills worked great) and we loved the artificial grass for all our lawn games. It's just as spacious as the photos look. The pool and spa were lovely and the steam room, sauna always worked perfect. Even though we had a heating issue the first night with the spa, management sent someone over quickly the next day to fix. The kitchen is a great space for socializing and each room either had an attached bathroom or one close by (there are ample bathrooms). We love the security and privacy of this place and being so close to the airport was a huge plus. Would stay here again! We didn't spend too much time in the game room but again, all the photos are perfectly representative of this home. Only two, very very minor awareness adds: a few beds are extra extra firm. And one of the bedrooms is tiny and behind the master bedroom. Its a little odd as you have to walk through someones room to get to yours....not misleading, just the photos exactly show that.

The house is beautiful and well maintained. Backyard is so fun with a large grass area, pool, spa, sauna, steam room, bbq, corn throw, and table tennis. Almost every room has its own bathroom and is very convenient for multiple families. Host is very communicative and accommodating. Will definitely visit again if we go back to Vegas in a large group. Location is very convenient. Next to outlet, supermarkets, food places, and a short ride to the airport and the strip. Highly recommended!!!
