Vicksburg Village Farmhouse
You will love this fully renovated, farmhouse themed home in the heart of Vicksburg! Sip coffee on the new front deck, make family meals in the brand new kitchen, eat around the large farmhouse dining table, relax on the comfortable couches and stream your fav channels on the 55" ROKU TV, enjoy the firepit in the semi-private back yard, and sleep like a baby in one of the 8 cozy beds!
In this cute, well-appointed home, you will find a main floor bedroom (#1) with a queen size bed and attached half bath. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, and bedroom #4 has two sets of bunk beds, with twin mattresses on top and full mattresses on the bottom.
On the main floor you'll find a brand-new queen size sofa bed in the family room.
Guests are welcome to use the entire house, including the basement laundry machines (bring laundry detergent, as we do not supply it) and the firepit in the back yard.

Holy Cow!!! What a GREAT, BEAUTIFUL home!! We absolutely loved our weekend! So comfortable, clean, cozy and great location! Host Shawn was so accommodating and everything was exactly as described. Highly recommend this beautiful home. We hopefull will be back! Thank you!!!

The hosts are making a good farmhouse vibe effort, but during our stay there were some misses on cleanliness that if addressed would make a big difference. For instance, the cooktop really needs to be cleaned. The tile backsplash had some splatters that I wiped off. The vent at the top of oven door has a layer of grime that needs to be cleaned. There were dust webs going down to basement & in main floor bath light fixtures (I wiped those). There was a good layer of dust on upstairs shower caddy. I’m not sure what the 150 cleaning fee is for, particularly when renter strips all linens & takes out all trash. The mattress pads that are crunchy/noisy/hot - don’t understand why owners use these. They make you feel like you’re sleeping on a toddler bed. Using them on pillows too is just off putting. The location was what we needed so it was convenient in that regard. The street itself feels rundown though not unsafe. Communication with owner was good.

Regarding the bed and pillow covers, we use those to ensure cleanliness and to prevent bedbugs. We use them FOR our renters, not to annoy them.
