Tortilla Flats is located on the Yellowstone River, in the town of Gardiner. The north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. It is a newly constructed, air conditioned, modern 1200 sq ft vacation rental. Located on a second story. Large bed room with king size bed. Attached balcony, overlooking the river. One bathroom with double vanity, shower/jacuzzi tub. Open kitchen/living room. The kitchen has new appliances. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dish washer, double sink with garbage disposal, microwave oven over gas range, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils, pots, pans, ect. Dinning table. Living room with couch and love seat, 52' flat screen tv with premium cable channels. . 2 twin beds in alcove.Large out door patio/deck off of livingroom. Dinning table, gas BBQ grill, seating. We are centrally located in Gardiner, on a dead end street, behind the school with play ground Walking distance to all amenities. Restaurants, bars, grocery store, shops and the park. Great views of the park and river from our decks. Fall asleep to the sound of the river.

Our stay was great, Marie was very friendly and accommodating, we really loved the coffee cake upon arrival! Her place would be 5 stars if you didn’t have to climb stairs but we knew that ahead of time.

Felt like home away from home

Would have stayed for a month because everything was just what we needed. Great location. Clean, well-equipped, quiet and a good space with front deck with grill. Back deck looking over the Yellowstone River. Heard coyotes at night and bull elk bugling during the day. Would recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful property and host

Had a very enjoyable three night stay. The property is well equipped, clean and makes a great base for trips into Yellowstone. Also well located for Gardiners amenities. The property is accurately described and well maintained. Was great to meet the host and enjoyed the cake she made for us.

clean apartment in a nice location

We stayed at Tortilla Flats for 4 days and had a great time. Marie was a great host, welcoming us in person and a delicious brown sugar cake upon our arrival. The apartment is located in Gardiner, right at the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The place was clean; kitchen was fully equipped for basic cooking and meal preparations. Convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tour companies. In addition to exploring different areas of Yellowstone, we did water rafting on Yellowstone River and went ziplining during our stay.

Yellowstone Fishing Trip 2024

We have stayed at this property in the past and it is the perfect size for this year's party of three. Very close to all the facilities we needed and entrance to the park. Cooked breakfast and dinner a few days and also enjoyed Marie's coffee cake she made for our arrival! Met and had a very nice talk with Marie on our last morning. Would highly recommend this beautiful unit to anyone.

Two Week Wonderful Stay

As a retired couple from Southern Utah, my husband and I wanted a short getaway from the summer desert heat. Tortilla Flats was absolutely perfect for us. We are frequent visitors to the Yellowstone area so the location was ideal. Marie was wonderful. She communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us a delicious coffee cake and had it waiting for us when we arrived. Jim was so nice as well. Tortilla Flats has plenty of space, a full kitchen, a master bedroom, large bathroom, and satellite TV. From the back deck, we could watch the rafts go down the Yellowstone River. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Our stay was wonderful, and after staying for two weeks, we did not want to leave.

Exactly as promised!

The accommodations were really nice and the location was as convenient as you could ask. We were about three minutes away from the North Park exist which made it very easy to get to where we wanted to go. Marie was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area and provided some great tips for us! Definitely recommend staying at Tortilla Flats!

Excellent property. Great host.

We spent three memorable days in the property. Marie, the rental host, greeted us with a delicious homemade coffee cake. She is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us good tips for wildlife viewing. The rental was spacious for four of us and had beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. I highly recommend staying here.

Stay for Yellowstone in May 2024

My 38 year old son and I stayed at Tortilla Flats and were so happy we had made that choice vs a hotel. Ther e was a room for my son and slept in the room by the entrance. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and I was able to get away from my son's snoring. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel at home, provided information about the town and where to eat and very helpful about Yellowstone as Marie had worked there for 10 years. It was a wonderful experience beyond my expectations.

Apt with a view!

Tortilla Flats was our home away from home for 3 days! We loved being there, along the Yellowstone River in Gardner MT. The apt. was clean, homey, had a well stocked kitchen plus grill on porch which we used one night! Marie's coffee cake was scrumptious and a welcome treat after driving a distance through the Natl' Park which we fully loved! Great location near the North gate was an asset. Thank you Marie for allowing us to stay in this home away from home!

Terrific Tortilla Flats

Tortilla Flats was the perfect home base for our exploration of the northern areas of Yellowstone . Also Gardiner is a nice little gateway town. Tortilla Flats was exactly as advertised, spacious, extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. And then there was the delicious coffee cake that Marie had waiting for us upon our arrival! The whirlpool bathtub was a welcome finale to our busy days of hiking and animal watching. Marie was a gracious and congenial host. We highly recommend Tortilla Flats!

This was a great Place to Come back to at night while visiting Yellowstone. Owner was great, she left us coffee cake which we ate every morning and even some tomatoes out of her greenhouse.. had long days in the park but was always nice coming back to this location and being able to Cook in evenings when wanted.. thank you Marie and Jim for letting us stay!

The property was very clean, well supplied and comfortable. The Manager lives next door and is readily available if you need anything but not the annoying hovering type. We spend long days in Yellowstone which was a very easy access from the location. Coming back each night was like coming home. So comfortable and so cozy. The owners have put a lot of attention into many details to make this the great place to stay that it is.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

This place is like a home away from home - the perfect place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We loved being able to cook some meals for ourselves and relax on the deck in the evenings. Everything was neat and clean, but very comfortable. We loved the location; it was great listening to the river at night and it's within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Gardiner. Marie and Jim were friendly and helpful hosts.
