Due to the success of it's neighboring, totally private (not shared) In Harmony Retreat-a relaxing, couples 1br rental- next lot over, the owner was encouraged to have a 2 bedroom, so his large number of return guests wish to travel with another couple or family member, they could have something to accommodate. Well, he took their advice and after 5 years of building Sea Palace Retreat, it's finished! Already has bookings from just passer by inquiries, return guests, word of mouth and really books up fast. It's unique design has modern, rustic, gothic, and even castle like characteristics with ruin touches of historic St. John. It is a solid concrete/ stone, non- creaky, well built vacation villa with all the amenities one could need on for a relaxing vacation. The beautiful, Caribbean style, custom stone work throughout, granite and marble counter tops, and vanities, Italian porcelain tile, stoned outdoor shower in the master bath to waterfall like glass in lower level bathroom, guests will enjoy comfort and unique features. There is a modern king size bed in the master suite, a queen in the lower level along with a double futon and 2 large sofas, if needed. A modern, gourmet kitchen and a handy lower level kitchenette will make any one who likes or dislikes to cook on vacation, content. A beyond normal, huge spaced deck with bar, comfy outdoor furniture and stoned powder room, to enjoy the simply amazing, never ending views. One can get plenty of sun as well on the lower, large, sun deck. Enjoy the fun, enticing, refreshing salt pool to sit or lounge( no dried out hair/ skin) or step into the warm, rejuivenating, spa pool under the vast starry sky at night. There is a barbecue grill and picnic bench for fun backyard cookouts ( one of the few rentals that has a yard)with infinity views and even an outdoor shower in front, to wash off from beach. Pick fresh fruit & herbs from the surrounding Caribbean fruit trees or have a romantic dinner on the two- top along the deck railings, just like the top restaurants. A large, flat screen, smart tv with free netflix and high speed internet are provided in the main living room as well as cable tv with vcrs/ movies in bedrooms and lower lounge. There are 2 powerful air conditioners in each bedroom that can handle either entire floor if desired, but most guests get enough cool from the soothing, gentle trade winds, where this home is located on Seagrape Hill. Also keeps bugs away, unlike the lower positioned homes. Paved roads right up to villa. The home can be rented as a 1 level master suite bedroom with lower pools and decks or bring along another couple, friend or family member to enjoy the 2nd bedroom level with separate entrance pathway along side of house or use the wide, spiral stairs. There is enough communal space for all to spend time or escape and have their private time. No children and only teenagers over 16. One or two couples are preferred but additional bedding can be provided for more than 4 with a charge.
