Creek View Cottage is a brand new rental located in Cynthiana, KY. You'll love the convenient location of our home and its proximity to food and shopping. There is an open floor plan with a cozy living/dining area and a kitchen stocked with the basics for cooking. There is a master suite with a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom, another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a third bedroom with a full-sized bed, and another full bathroom. You'll find our home sparkling clean and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect spot for your next work trip or getaway with loved ones.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

A beautiful house! Very very clean. Everything is brand new. We had an excellent stay there. May we suggest you add a TV in one of the rooms? That’s the only thing that was missing.

Very charming new house. The main listing says sleeps 6, but my search said it would accommodate 10. There are beds and bedding for 6, and we, after messaging the host, easily accommodated 8 with our own air mattress. There are plenty of towels and kitchen necessities, including water and snacks, and neighborhood is close to several restaurants and Walmart. We stayed for a wedding at Ashford Acres Inn, and were very conveniently located for the event. Our check-in was delayed briefly because the door was locked, preventing us from access with the door code, but that was resolved fairly quickly. We were surprised by the lack of tv, but enjoyed the quiet and conversation in its absence, lol. Overall, very nice and would recommend!

Home was very clean and accommodating. Door code provided for check in did not work but it was resolved quickly. Would recommend a tv. Overall had a nice stay and would book again.
