The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon leaving the premises please perform the necessary duties. 1.) Gather all used towels and place them in the bathtub. 2.) Remove all used linen, place at the foot of the bed.
3.) Remove all trash, place in trash can outside the unit. 4.) Place all dirty dishes & cups inside the sink. 5.) Empty out fridge 6.) Take all pots off the stove and place in the sink.
7.) Lock up the unit and place keys in the lock box. Note: Trash is on every Monday morning. Please put on the trash near the side of the curb for pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
