Relax and enjoy your stay where the sun melts into the Caribbean each and every night. Villa Bella is a newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment built with all the upgrades. Located at the top of the hill, you can enjoy your days on the over sized patio with stunning views of Maria’s Beach, and Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. Villa Bella provides privacy and comfort. The unit is fully air conditioned with fans in every room as well. Tastefully decorated with comfort in mind; enjoy a flat screen TV with Satellite channels, DVD player and newly upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi internet access. Beach chairs, linens and towels are provided.
This is where you want to be, walking distance to Tres Palmas Marine Reserve and Surf Breaks. Just a 5 minute walk to spectacular tropical beaches. Snorkeling is awesome at Steps Beach located at Tres Palmas Marine Reserve with some of the best Elk Horn Coral close to an island in the World (according to the NOAA researcher who has been following it for over 15 years!). The Sea life is amazing. The winter brings great waves and late December through mid-March, you just might have Humpback Whales right out in front of the house!! Your days will be filled with snorkeling, beach combing, surfing, deep sea fishing, parasailing and whale watching in the winter season. It is a five minute walk down to Maria’s Beach where you can rent surf boards & lounge in the beach chairs provided.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been enjoying Christmas in Rincon since 2001. Every year, we got together to decide where to spend our tropical Christmas. We have been to Hawaii, Costa Rica, Hatteras, Florida and Barbados but every time we chose Rincon. We love Rincon for it's beauty and tranquility but also because it is a territory of the U.S. so no passport needed! It is a short flight and the weather is always incredible in the winter months. Last but not least, the people of Rincon, locals and visitors alike, are some of the friendliest, happiest and helpful people that we have ever met. We hope to make Rincon our full time home one day!!!

Secure, private property with plenty of parking and storage room. It is an easy 5 minute walk down to Maria's Beach and Calypso where you can enjoy tropical drinks and fresh local fish.
Villa Bella comes equipped with all the amenities for convenience and comfort. We have a local property manager who will meet you whatever time your plane arrives! No worrying trying to find Villa Bella in the middle of the night, you will follow her and she will open the property for you and show you around. In addition, she is on call for you should you have any problems or questions during your stay. Villa Bella has a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the condo as well as a huge patio with the best views in Rincon. In addition to the ocean views, there are spectacular views of the lush valley that runs adjacent to the house, there is not a bad view anywhere you look. There are air conditioners and fans in every room.
