The 2 full bathrooms come equipped with everything you may need. An additional living room space with a futon provides extra room for relaxation. The convenient location allows for short walks to campus while being removed from the busyness of Cumberland Ave. Enjoy all that Knoxville has to offer when you stay at our place.

We stayed here for my daughters graduation from UTK and it was perfect. The property is in a great location, clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to sorority village, Publix and Neyland. Quiet location with great amenities. Laundry facilities and a pool are added benefits. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our hosts were so welcoming. Communication matters. We were in for a weekend Thanksgiving visit including football game. Location is great. Contemporary style in the unit. Couldn’t ask for anything that wasn’t furnished. But again the hospitality was wonderful.

Property was great for our needs. Proximity to campus was perfect. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were super comfortable. Aesthetically pleasing decor. Comfortable sitting area. Parking not a problem.A few things to mention that are not necessarily negatives- laundry was communal and required payment. Bar stools not very comfortable place to eat- especially for tall people. Front door lock difficult until you get the hang of it. Common areas such as elevator, hallway, pool and outside stairs show age.
