About this property
Tree House Rustic 4 Bdrm Camp, directly on Lake George in a protected bay w/boat
This Adirondack style Lakeside camp is located on the upper east side of Lake George in Dark Bay, adjacent to Gull Bay. This rustic camp has 2 nicely appointed bedrooms on the main floor and 2 cozy bedrooms on the lower level complete with Lake views and deck.
The open great room includes kitchen and living room with vaulted ceiling. An 8 foot pass through leads to a large screened porch where meals can be enjoyed while taking in the spectacular views of Lake George and the surrounding Mountains. The screened porch leads to a wrap around deck including additional seating and dining areas.
A 3-seat hill trolley provides the option of riding or walking down to the private dock (spot for 2 boats) and lakeside cabana with all the amenities, where you can fish, grill, relax, and take in the amazing sunsets. The shallow sand bay is a great spot for swimming and sunning. A kayak, canoe, and paddleboat are also provided for your boating pleasures. A pontoon boat is available for rental at an additional fee directly across lake
This property has been rented for the past dozen years so all the conveniences have been provided for. Recent change in ownership has provided a fresh new perspective on the property. Recent upgrades include knotty pine wall coverings throughout, a new bedroom on the main level, an updated bathroom and new kitchen remodel.
Window A/C in upper bedrooms & living room, fire pit, two gas grills, flat screen TV's and more! If you can think of it, we have it.
This also includes the rental of a pontoon boat.

Why they chose this property
This camp was a gem waiting to be polished. Our intention is to make it over, a little at a time, while retaining its adirondack charm.
What makes this property unique
This camp is in a protected bay on the upper east side of Lake George. Awesome sunsets can be seen from this side of the Lake providing a distinct advantage over the west side camps that become overcome by mountain shadows hours before this location. A commercial icemaker to help fill coolers, and a pontoon boat.
We have a "hill trolley" that takes you down to the water on occasion when walking is not of interest. There you will find docks with a fully featured lakeside cabana.
