Beautiful Waterfront Home with stuning views Across from Roger's Rock

This property is located on the waters edge and has its own private dock and swimming area located directly on beautiful Lake George. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. 2 bedrooms with double beds & 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. A twin blow up mattress can be added to upstairs bedroom to accommodate another person comfortably. 1 bathroom is located upstairs and 1 bathroom is located downstairs, both have showers. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the living room and enclosed porch. Two of the three bedrooms have windows facing the lake so you get the beautiful view first thing in the morning. You can also take in beautiful lake views while sitting at the dining room table as well as sitting in the enclosed porch. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV as well as DVD player. A gas fireplace is also available for chilly nights. The front of the house has a deck with Adirondack chairs and an eating area which seats 4 people. Additional seating is available down below with 1 large table & a picnic table seating 6 people each. Assorted Adirondack chairs are also available for additional seating. A fire pit is available as well as a gas grill. There are two moorings in the lake for a boat and a jet ski if you care to bring your own.
