There were black ants everywhere throughout our stay, making it very uncomfortable. On top of that, the neighboring guests were extremely loud throughout the night, so we got little to no sleep. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The place was very very clean a little smaller than expected but as a 20 year old that’s on me for not realizing the square feet and judging on photos. The host says if you have to many cars park on the street at your own risk. We did an officer informed us we can’t (not the hosts fault it’s ours) there’s an empty lot across the street that the officer informed us we could park at. Next to a blue house I think. The pool was freshly cleaned the day after we got there and the very thing was perfect for me and my friends we highly recommend this place!!!

The place looked like it was brand new. (I actually think it was pretty new. I see an empty lot there on Google Earth two years ago.) Many things were provided for convenience. Ample parking. Small suggestions for the kitchen (some larger bowls, etc.), but not enough to change the rating. Location is great. Pool was delightful (after it was cleaned), but a bit small considering that all four units used it. It got pretty loud at times. House felt totally secured. Bathrooms were clean and well appointed. (Water pressure is a bit low, but not impossible to work with.) Shower liquid provided were appreciated. Great TV situation. Back door to pool was very cool. Wonderful full sized washer and dryer. Good quality towels. Thoughtful choice of kitchen appliances. Stellar lighting. Powerful ceiling fans (very much needed and used). Overall, a very enjoyable experience. We would DEFINITELY book here again. Much thanks to the owners!
