This cabin is a nice little getaway location. The host and the location was very pet friendly. The host was easy to talk with and very up front about everything. 100% worth a second visit.

We really enjoyed the cabin. The activities in the game room kept us busy most the day, and the hot tub was great at night. The fence in area was great for out pups. The cabin itself was clean and cozy. Overall great experience.

This was the perfect mountain getaway for us to escape the Texas heat. The property was the most pet friendly VRBO rental I have experienced. The views were amazing. If gambling is your thing, Cripple Creek is just 15 minutes away. Kitchen was well equipped. We cooked most evenings at the cabin while having lunch/brunch while out exploring. We mainly picked this cabin for the fenced front yard for our dog which was perfect for us relaxing on the front porch enjoying the cool weather and views.The guest book was our guide for daily adventures. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The home was spotless, offered amazing amenities, and was the perfect getaway for peace and quiet. The hosts’ guidebook was very well done and thoughtfully organized, making it easy to find things to do in the area. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect cabin for our little family of 3 and our dog! The hosts thought of absolutely everything you could need for an enjoyable stay…literally everything. We loved being more secluded and feeling like we were truly out in nature. My favorite thing of all was probably the comfortable bed that we were able to watch both the sunrise AND sunset from! Can’t wait to stay here again!

The hosts really thought of everything! The only thing I would suggest is placing the flashlight in a better spot to find. Plus the check in door doesn't have a light above. But overall, this was a FANTASTIC place to stay. Charming, relaxing, little hideaway. The garage rec room is what we loved the most, such a great bonus! Read the welcome binder and go exploring! We will be re-booking for a longer stay!

I brought my wife here on a surprise getaway the night after we got married, and she was completely in awe. We both loved how tucked away in the mountains it was, while still having things to do.It was so nice being able to bring my service animal, and they even had a little welcome basket for pets, which was such a thoughtful touch. The fenced yard was perfect for letting my dog run around and enjoy his own vacation too.We played pool and hung out in the game room all afternoon. Later, we went into the main house, made dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, and watched some TV. After that, we played board games and then went outside by the fire to exchange our vows.This cabin truly had everything you could want — games, a hot tub, a fire pit, and incredible views. It was a very romantic getaway for us and so much fun because of the variety of activities.On top of all that, the host and owner were extremely welcoming and had excellent communication. Getting there was easy, and we had absolutely no issues with the cabin or the hosts.We will definitely be back. Five stars is honestly an understatement. As someone who travels a lot, this is easily one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Huge thank you to Jennifer and Rebekah for making this stay one of the most memorable!
