Island Tower #802 is an interior gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 8TH floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1600 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings, 20 inch tile floors, floor-to-ceiling tinted windows and sliding glass doors. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with double ovens all set in granite counter tops. The condo has 8 foot interior doors and high efficiency air conditioning system. The master en suite bathroom has double vanities, jetted tub and separate shower. The two guests bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. There are two gulf-front bedrooms that have access to the gulf-front balcony. King, King, King, Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 8. 21 year age limit to rent.

Island Tower is a 26-story building with 62 units (three on each floor) with covered garage parking (clearance 6' 8") and NO oversized vehicles are allowed on property. Island Tower is located 0.5 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an infinity outdoor pool and an infinity climate-controlled indoor pool. The exercise room offers a dry sauna and workout equipment overlooking the gulf. The property also has a picnic/grill area. Island Tower is a smoke-free facility. 21 year age limit to rent.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply. *The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Beautiful location and property

This property is spacious and has the best location! Steps from the beach. Has a decent outdoor pool and indoor pool. We couldn’t figure out how to get in to the fitness room. Gorgeous views and property was well kept. Perfect for 2 adults and 3 children!

The best condo we have ever stayed at

My family went down for a travel ball tournament and some beach time. Unfortunately I had to work and couldn’t go. My wife and family just raved about how nice the condo was. She definitely wants me and her to book it again for just the two of us. It had a breathtaking view that I was able to see via FaceTime and my kids even loved it. Definitely will be staying here again!

We loved this property and the view from the 8th floor. But, one day one of our friends said her feet got dirty when walking on the floor. Maybe clean it better??? Also, we had to keep someone with the vehicle until we could get into the condo until we could get the car pass. Then later, we saw on the elevator wall that there was a 'grace period' of 2 hours to get the pass. No one explained that to us which was a little aggravating. But, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Annual family vacation.

The condo was very nice. Location and beach were awesome. The chair rental young man was great. He watched over our sight and moved the umbrella when it needed to be moved. The parking garage is a nightmare. The spaces to are close and the ramp entries are not for the faint of heart. I got ticketed for my parking pass being backwards. Elevators take a long time. Probably would not rent here again next yesr.

IT 802 was furnished & decorated well. We enjoyed our stay. Disappointed the fitness room was never available due to repairs- and would return there if the price did not increase by over 20%. A very nice condo and excellent service from Gulf Shores Rentals.
