2 queen size beds and 1 California King bed with super comfortable pillow top mattresses, flat screen tv's on the wall in all bedrooms, Netflix available on up to 2 tv's at the same time, master bedroom has a comfy leather recliner perfect for reading a book, large newly tiled deck off the master bedroom perfect for soaking up the sun, and family room has leather movie seating with electric recliners on 4 seats. A coffee carousel awaits you in the kitchen by the Keurig coffeemaker with frother so you can treat yourself to a cappuccino. Full size front load LG washer and dryer to take care of your laundry needs. And a double garage for keeping your car cool in the heat. Air conditioner and heating system along with all the indoor vents were replaced in June 2023. There are outside table and rocker chairs by an outdoor fireplace and barbeque as well as a few lounger chairs to enjoy the warm days.

Why they chose this property

It's an extremely private place whether in the house or in the yard you'll feel like you're away from it all. There's a lovely park right in the centre of the community with a cute little book library made to look like a Parc La Quinta house. There's a good selection of adult and children's books.

What makes this property unique

Large private yard with a mountain view is what makes this property unique. Turn on the multi coloured pool lights at night and relax!!
