Luxury efficiency (500 sq ft) unit for 2 or 3; newly remodeled. Private entrance, parking, private bath, king-size bed, air mattress for 1, exclusive access to free heated pool (heat pump set to 82 but may be less on cold winter nights), kitchenette (air fryer with oven/toaster/broiler; microwave, hot plate, frig, Keurig, reg pot), 2 TVs. 20 min from airport/downtown/Mariners ballpark/Glendale; 30 from Scottsdale/Sun City/Cave Creek. Safe neighborhood. Free WiFi, Netflix, Amazon. Wash/dryer

This living unit has a separate private entrance and private bath. You have complete privacy and private use of a 15 x 35 foot heated swimming pool. The pool is open year-round; heater set to 82 degrees from Nov. 1 to April 1, but temperature may be less because of cold nights. It doesn't need to be heated in the summer, late spring, and early fall because of the hot weather. Free use of dryer and washer on the premises. Free coffee, soaps, detergents, shampoo, conditioner, paper plates/cups/bowls and real silverware and dishes/glasses, etc., as well. Three pots and pans, bowls, etc.

The entire living unit is under your control. The host lives on the other side of the house but will not bother you. Heavily insulated, quiet. The host thought of everything. There were beach towels for the pool, books, games and videos. It was located in a great place for us and we would definitely use this site again.

Did not use the pool as is was winter during our visit and we forgot to pack suits. The check in process was easy and the place was clean and a lot of things were provided that haven’t been provided at other short term rentals. The host responded promptly when using the app. It was a great place and perfect amount of room for my family

What makes this property unique

The swimming pool is a big draw. Everyone loves the pool. The living unit is also very comfortable and more spacious than a hotel room. I get a lot of compliments on the comfort of the bed, which has a 3-inch Costco memory foam pad.
