Perfect for Washington & Lee, W&L, and VMI, the Virginia Military Institute graduations and reunion celebrations! Lazy Acres Farm also has two log cabins on the farm, so perfect if you have more friends and family that want to join.

Lazy Acres Farm is ideal for visitors showing horses at the Virginia Horse center as it is only two, 2 miles from the horse show grounds.

This spacious lodge comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms, making it ideal for families, groups or special gatherings. Large bedrooms feature king-size beds, in a family friendly layout.

The home's inviting layout includes:

MAIN FLOOR A fully equipped kitchen opens through sliding doors to expansive wraparound decking, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Enjoy meals together, relax in the hot tub or gather around the outdoor firepit under the stars. With seating for 12, the outdoor space is perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding in nature. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, laundry room with extra toilet and sink, and central heating and air conditioning.

Off the kitchen is the den, a cozy television room which has a double size sofa bed. All linens provided.

A king bedroom and the double bedroom are on the ground floor. The main bathroom with twin sinks, a shower into and extra long tub are also on the ground floor.

UPSTAIRS Two king size bedrooms, one of which also has a single bed share the upstairs bathroom with shower into tub. (Tub under the eaves: shower best suited for children due to limited headroom.

The lodge is especially convenient for equestrian events, located just minutes from the Virginia Horse Center.
