No Smoking policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home if there is evidence or suspicion of smoking (such as odor, ashes, or residue), a $250cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Parties or events are not allowed unless you have received prior written approval before check-in. Violation will result in a $250 fine and immediate termination of your stay without refund.
No Pets Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets, if there is evidence or suspicion of pets (such as hair, odor or damages) a $250 cleaning fee will be charged and cause of any damages.

Great location in Silver Hill. Quiet neighborhood. The house was thoroughly clean, well-decorated, and felt relaxing. We didn't use the backyard but anyone who wanted to would probably enjoy that, too. Host rules were reasonable and easy to follow. If we need the space in the future we'll look for this one again.
