Fantastic place to stay- one of my all-time favorites- with excellent views, ample space, a phonograph with numerous vinyl LPs, upscale shower, environmental care - nice garden, etc. Good spot in West Asheville close to coffee shops, small local businesses and very walkable. Hope to be back !

Perfect spot for a trip to Asheville! The place was comfortable, clean and modern. It was a beautiful space. Had everything I needed for my short stay. Short drive to downtown Asheville. Victor was a great host and always quick to answer my questions.

Exactly like what you see in the pictures. Perfect for a couple or single traveler. Walking distance to great food. Short drive to other great Asheville sites and food. Hanging out on the deck for coffee or after dinner beverages was an added treat!

Probably the best VRBO experience I’ve had in years! Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. The proximity to West Asheville was ideal. The suite feels brand new. Everything was easy to operate and everything worked! Down to the smallest details like a nightlight in bathroom. Host and hostess were remarkably responsive and polite. I plan on returning.

What a beautiful room! The bed was super comfy. Gorgeous spacious bathroom with rain showerhead. Clean, modern with a beautiful view what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

Brand new everything! Very clean, beautiful and such an inviting space to relax. Good location, close to many attractions. Bed was very comfortable. I loved the rain shower and beautiful mountain views. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect, little oasis in West Asheville that is brand new, extremely clean, offers a great view, privacy & short drives and/or walks to the city’s activities, restaurants, bars & shops. The hosts were wonderful with clear instructions, available for any questions/concerns & willing to replenish any small items in the room that ran out. We can’t say enough good things! My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you to Victor & Hannah for a wonderful place to stay!

What an amazing stay over Thanksgiving! The Penthouse West is brand new, beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable. The mountains views are exceptional…felt like staying in the mountains with the convenience to all things Asheville.. we visited The Biltmore, Grove Park Inn, Downtown, West Asheville restaurants/shops, etc. The owners are very responsive to questions. We loved the privacy…much better than staying in a large hotel. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here and hope to do so again!!!

From start to finish, our stay at Penthouse West was perfect! Check-in was straight forward. The space itself is impeccably decorated, and all of the appliances and fixtures were brand new! The touch of providing some spectacular albums on vinyl to enjoy was great. We were within walking distance of fun bars and restaurants, and an easy drive to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Truly can't say enough good things! Victor and Hannah were very accommodating and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this penthouse. The location was sublime, under 10 minute uber ride to downtown, and an easy walk to several great spots like Archetype Brewing and Early Girl. The apartment was super clean, and had some really nice finishes. We enjoyed beers on the beautiful balcony before going out for the night. Dedicated parking space and easy to find. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

The property was perfect. We had a long night of traveling and had to check in late, to which the hosts were very accommodating and detailed in their check in process. The place was very clean and had all we needed for a long weekend getaway.
