SUMMER RENTAL Classic Seashore Colonial situated in the North End of Spring Lake. 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. Enjoy 3 immaculately finished levels and private outdoor space. The main level features an open flow with stainless and marble kitchen/dining area, a living room, powder, and family room leading out to beautiful outdoor space. The second level features primary bedroom with luxuriously appointed marble bath, 4 additional guest rooms, 2 hall baths and laundry room. Full finished basement with recreation/tv area and full bath. Outside, enjoy the private dining/lounging areas, wood burning fireplace, outdoor kitchen overlooking the heated gunite pool with spa. Available for 4 consecutive weeks August 4-September 1. Owner is a NJRE.
