Nestled in between Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, this elegant home has 2 bedrooms, One with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sun Resorts offer 2 pools, 1 with a hot tub, Pickleball, Tennis Courts, Horseshoes, Bocce Ball, Corn Hole, Fitness Room, Driving & Chipping Range, Shuffleboard, Outdoor shaded pavilion, a library and more. Enjoy all of the amenities, or kick back on the porch and watch the sunset. A short drive to Ft Myers Beach, Bunche Beach or Sanibel Island. Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, pool noodles and corn hole bean bags provided. Fall in love with Simple Elegance and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Please provide an email address that we will submit to the resort office. Acknowledge Rules and Regulations and check in at the office upon arrival.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Provide email so we can send a release form and Rules and Regs. Upon arrival, check in at office to obtain parking pass, amenities card and resort map.
Leave leftover food in the refrigerator, it will be donated. Load and run the dishwasher. Leave used beds unmade, so we know which linens were used.
Tie trash bags tight to avoid critters. Bring trash to the dumpsters prior to departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Sign Rules and Regs to be submitted prior to arrival. Upon arrival, check in at office to obtain parking pass, amenities card and resort map.
