Welcome to your happy place on Lake Norman!

Step into lake life and feel the stress fade away the moment you arrive. This beautifully remodeled cottage sits on a wide, peaceful waterfront lot perfect for room to roam, kids to play, and families to truly unplug and reconnect.

Designed for easy, comfortable stays, the home sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin room with two beds, plus two full bathrooms so everyone has space to relax.

Life here is meant to be lived outdoors. Start slow with morning coffee on the private deep-water pier, soak up the sunshine on the floating dock, or curl up with a book in the shaded seating area. Bring your own boat or jet ski (ramps are just minutes away!) or rent from Lake Effects or Lake Norman Boat Rentals and turn every day into a lake adventure.

Inside, the bright and open living space brings everyone together whether you’re cooking meals in the refreshed kitchen, sharing laughs at the table, or winding down after a sun-filled day on the water. A full-size washer and dryer make longer stays easy and stress-free.

Adventure is included and waiting:
• 3 adult kayaks
• 1 tandem kayak
• 1 kids’ kayak
• 1 stand-up paddleboard

Paddle through the quiet cove, splash around near the dock (approximately 15 ft deep), or simply float the day away. As the sun sets, fire up the grill for a relaxed lakeside dinner, then gather around the fire pit (firewood included!) for s’mores, stories, and stargazing family memories guaranteed.

This is lake life the way it’s meant to be: slower mornings, adventurous afternoons, and cozy evenings together. Come unwind, recharge, and make memories you’ll talk about long after the trip ends.

The water mat is NOT allowed to be tied up and towed behind any power water craft.
6 guests max at any time. Over 6 guests will be charged $100/day each. Reservation subject to immediate cancellation at owner discretion if violated.
No long term rentals as determined by North Carolina law.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is an awesome place to stay. Hosts were amazing and this is not a house you are renting it is a home. All the comforts you could ever want or need and the location is so beautiful. Having stayed at another place nearby it did not compare to this one. If you are staying in the Lake Norman vicinity this is the most amazing place to stay hands down. We will be coming back.

The home is immaculate and stocked with so many necessities that I didn't even have to bring all of the items I did. I wasn't sure what they would have there for our stay but they had back up toiletries if we needed them, spices for cooking, small appliances (so glad they had a blender), food storage items like foil and plastic wrap, and so much more. They had tons of games to play if you wanted to, and a smart TV with all the apps you could want. On top of all that, the home was well decorated with taste, and by a person who had a clear understanding of interior design. The private dock was great, and the grounds were stunning. Tons of birds, fish jumping out of the water, geese, and wonderful shade trees. We will be back.

The house was perfect size for my group. Having the covered dock was our favorite area. Being able to dive into 16 feet of water in your backyard was special. We rented a boat and it was delivered to the dock. Quiet, peaceful, with lots of bird species to observe. We all loved it, thanks Greg.

From our very first summer in North Carolina, we were drawn to Lake Norman and instantly felt at home.
